Originally named “The Glass City” because it was founded on a glass manufacturing center, the City of Jeannette is a small town in Westmoreland County near Penn Township. Located off of PA Route 30, Jeannette has access to many parks, retail stores and restaurants nearby. The City hosts annual parades and community events and has become a mecca for local artists and musicians.
