My Motto: What you see is what you get. I am a no fluff, down to business, honest, hard working *24/7* agent who absolutely loves what I do! I am the proud Mom of 3 wonderful adult children and 4 beautiful grandchildren, whom I would fly to the moon for if I could. Family is very important to me and I cherish every moment spent with them. I love family events, warm weather, daylight savings when we spring ahead, trips to Florida, sand in my toes and ok... a nice drink on the beach.
I began my real estate career in 2006 at Broker 1 Realty. Once my feet were wet, I could not get enough. One of my very first transactions, I sold 4 houses to the TV reality star, Joe Millionaire - Evan Marriott, all because I answered the phone on Labor Day. We remain friends today. In January of 2015, I joined Integrity Plus Realty, being 1 of the 1st agents to join the new brokerage. And NOW, I can be found at Realty Access. A new day, new dawn, added success.
Prior to a career in real estate, I worked for 27 years in retail management. I was the 1st female Loss Prevention Manager in the Pittsburgh market of The Home Depot and chased many bad guys throughout West Mifflin, East Liberty, Cranberry and Butler. I could also drive a pretty mean forklift. I became the Operations Manager at West Mifflin until starting my Real Estate Career.
In 2008, I joined forces with a newly formed speaker/teacher/investor, Otis DiCerbo of DiCerbo Properties, helping new investors create their nest egg for the future while buying real estate and saving for their retirement, later joining the Westmoreland Landlord Association, helping investors to find great deals to add to their portfolio. I enjoy working in all aspects of the real estate market, helping those first time home buyers, holding the hand of the empty nesters when downsizing their memories, or looking for more space with those outgrown homes. Oh the excitement involved in finding the perfect lot for a new dream home to be built, or buying that summer camp to take a break and relax. I take great pride in fulfilling dreams and working closely with all my clients. From first introductions to the closing table, I am there for you! As a very dear manager once told me.....Peggy, take each sale from cradle to grave!
